Sunday Night Rap

The Sunday Night Rap was an entire show package created for a show that runs every Sunday. The hosts of the show are Gary Radnich and Tony Bruno. These two guys are total clowns when they get together. The show itself is a fun presentation of the week in sports as well as many topics unique to the show that Gary and Tony make a total comedy out of.

The art direction was to create and open that was fun, somewhat “Vegas” like, but still retain a bit of a news look. My concept was to construct a city and fly a camera through the environment and stop on billboards which would basically advertise the show hosts. The billboards where also used for the interstitial boards, as well as any static images. A lot of post production color grading, glowing, and time remapping was used to get the final result.
