The Brightroll advertising platform or “console” is the core product of Brightroll. This web-based application allows users to manage, optimize, and view reporting on their online video advertising campaigns. The initial version was extremely buggy, and slow. It had very poor user experience and was a cause for revenue loss due to potential clients choosing to use other companies with a better, more user-centric platform.
Our team completely re-designed the entire application from the ground up. The API’s the user experience, everything was created new. I conducted numerous user studies, competitive analysis, AB testing, Insta-polls, surveys, and more. My main goal was to really drive the product through user centred design and user research. The result is an outstanding product that has best-in-class features, many of which are unique to Brightroll. In the end, this raised revenue, adoption rate, and immensely raised the perception of Brightroll as a company.
