Press Conference Live

Press Conference Live was a broadcast animation bumper created for a show focused on live interviews and content from the 49ers, Raiders, Giants, Sharks, and A’s.

The main challenge behind this project was creating an animation template that was easily modifiable to swap out the logo chip, scrolling LED text, and altering the colors to match the teams.

This is where the true power of After Effects and Cinema 4d composting comes into account. By utilizing external composting tags, and object buffers, you can easily set up a template with elements that can easily be swapped out in post-production.

I had an idea of an interview bot of sorts; busy, cords everywhere, microphones, techy gadgets, and the like. So I decided to make a futuristic microphone rig that animates like a transformer.
